As your City Councilperson, I pledge to:

The State is taking our money, cities are going bankrupt and politicians are

‘kicking the can down the road,’ burdening future generations with unbearable debt. As Chairperson of Poway’s Budget Review Committee, I recommended cost-cutting to keep our books balanced. I will ensure we live within our means while maintaining our quality of life. I promise to always listen to you.

Poway’s public safety is a top priority, but our crime rate will remain low only if we keep drugs off our streets. Having witnessed the heartbreaking effects of teen substance abuse, I spearheaded the Substance Abuse Town Hall meeting and created a Citizen Task Force. By working together, we will keep our city and families safe.

Our open space, parks and trails are treasures - just as your home is. I’ll stand firmly against harmful regional impacts and any attempt to infringe on your private property rights.
